Companies also take into consideration the kind of people that they want to work for them. The interviewer will take into account your reactions, outlook, even mannerisms. Try not to be too tense — you have to remember to relax and breathe! Being a bit nervous is fine, but don’t let the butterflies in your stomach hurt your chances of getting the job.
