The job interview is a very important part of the job application process. Have you ever excellently filled-out a job application form, and submitted it together with your jaw-dropping resume, only to end up getting rejected by the company you applied for because you got nervous during your interview?

Then you should browse through these sample interview questions and answers. Some of them may be common, others may be tough, but all must be answered well in order to impress your interviewer.

•    If he asks how long you have been job hunting, tell your interviewer that you have only started looking for a job recently.  Show him that you have a clear goal in mind, and that working for their company fits your goal to a T.

•    If he asks you if you can start working immediately and you are still undecided on whether or not to take the job, do not panic. Explain that you are very interested in taking the job, but that you need at least a day to think it through as getting a job is a big life-changing decision.

This will show him that you are a rational person who does not make mind important decisions haphazardly.
